Duke Fishron. It seems NPCs will sell Pylons the easiest if they are only in groups of 2. Merchant/Nurse – Forest, and Zoologist/Guide – Forest work very well. Basically, the requirement is: An NPC needs to be in a biome they like or love, needs an NPC they love, needs ONLY the NPC they love around.
