It’s worth it if you want the best version of your deck. That said, if you just want to win, you’re better off just playing a different deck. With the Souls you’d be able to make a Dark Magician deck as strong as it can be, but the strongest Dark Magician deck is still very mediocre.

The demand’s clearly there. Looking back, there are actually quite a few cards from Legendary Duelists: Magical Hero that sorely need a reprint, but Magicians’ Souls is definitely the biggest of the bunch.
