Okay, so I just tested that, and I noticed that when it happened my core clock went from 1905mhz down to 300mhz and then back up to 1905mhz in an instant. It was a dip from 60fps to 16fps then back to 60fps. I also noticed that the mem clock went down to 405mhz at the same time.
