I’d say it’s not worth it. Especially if you’re set in your ways at La Mesa. The sourcing cooldown makes it useless to have a warehouse close to your office anyway. Road access is a much more important factor, and I’m not certain that La Puerta is better than La Mesa in this regard.

It takes me about three days or so (of on and off again playing of warehouse missions) to fill one up completely running 2 crates at a time (waste of money to do 3 imo). In between I run Sightseer for a guaranteed $23000 every time, and sometimes I run Hostile Takeover or Headhunter.

Just know that this doesn’t work for biker businesses. I’ve lost $200k on a crate warehouse, so yes, they can get raided.

No, but do be cautious. The moment you register, your bunker raid can start immediately, so if you suspect anything, get a good weaponised vehicle before registering.

They don’t. You’ll need to empty your vehicle warehouse first in order to buy the new one. If money isn’t an issue, and you want this new warehouse asap, you can just destroy all the vehicles you export to cut the cooldown time for each export to several minutes, or so I hear.
