All you need is 315 resistance during fight with Ragnaros, Geddon and maybe Golemagg. How you reach that is unimportant. If you have trouble reaching the cap of 315 you can also get the LBRS buff with 81 fire resistance.

How hard is BWL?

BWL is a cake walk. The only bosses people will have trouble with is: Razorgore – if the tanks can’t kite and tag multiple mobs but really it’s not hard. Vael – Easy but similar to Gedon if you have a mouth breather in the raid it will be hard if people can’t move out of the raid with the debuff but really it’s easy.

you can enter molten core at level 50. You don’t have to do the quest anymore since 5.4, simply talk to him to get ported inside MC.

How hard is Blackwing Lair?

They just feel easy, because we all have it memorized now, and the DPS is so quick, fights last less than 1-2 mins. BWL will be more difficult for sure, but not crazy. Overall its not very hard, but I think a lot of people are underestimating its difficulty. More casual guilds will find it fairly challenging.
