All you need to do is complete any Nightfall with a teammate that is using, you guessed it, Rat King. Nightfalls no longer have time restrictions so having to finish a mission with 5 minutes left isn’t possible. It also does not have to be The Arms Dealer Nightfall like it was at launch.
