Can you cast spells through a familiar?

The find familiar spell gives your familiar the ability to deliver your touch spell using the familiar’s reaction. The familiar doesn’t need to ready that reaction. It can just do it. Here’s how it works: You cast the touch spell.

Can a familiar hold concentration?

The familiar does not concentrate on it, neither it performs any spell components. It only makes a spell melee attack, albeit using your spell attack modifier.

Can you cast vampiric touch through a familiar?

Can’t the spell be cast through the familiar itself? No because the spell is self range, not touch.

Can a familiar attune to an item?

Can familiars use/attune to magic Items? Yes they are creatures and can use magic items. They can also attune to them provided the meet any requirements the item has for attunement.

At 20th level, the arcanist learns how to convert her arcane reservoir into spells and back again. She can cast any spell she has prepared by expending a number of points from her arcane reservoir equal to 1 + the level of the spell to be cast instead of expending a spell slot.
