Yes. They each add one action. Haste has restrictions on how that action may be used, though Action Surge does not.
How does Action surge work DND?
Action Surge is an ability your fighter can use during your turn within a round of combat. You can decide to use it after performing your first action and bonus action, just as long as it happens during your turn. We want to reiterate that action surge enables ANY major action to be performed, including another attack.
Do you get an extra bonus action with action surge?
Action surge does not grant you an additional bonus action. You can take only one bonus action on your turn, so you must choose which bonus action to use when you have more than one available.

Action surge allow you to use 2 actions (regulat action plus 1)and 1 bonus actions on the same turn. Action surge does not allow you 2 bonus actions, just the usual one.

That’s exactly how it works, yes. In fact, if you take a couple of Fighter levels to get Action Surge, one per Short Rest you could Dash AGAIN for a total of 120ft!
