Does ESO Elsweyr include all DLC PS4?
The pre-purchase FULL Elsweyr Editions bundles the Base Game and Morrowind Chapter and the Warden Class and the Summerset Chapter for immediate use, and the Elsweyr Chapter upon release. They contain no other DLC content.
Do I get Elsweyr with Greymoor upgrade?
Even Greymoor Standard only gives old Chapters, but not the many smaller Zone DLC. And yes, Elsweyr is now part of ESO+ (Necromancer class isn’t, but you can purchase it with Crowns you get with one month of ESO+). Greymoor isn’t as the currently newest Chapter is never part of ESO+.
