Is distressing a good perk DBD?

It’s mostly used for meme terror radius builds. You might make survivors nervous more easily, but the Doctor absolutely gets the most use out of the perk. Distressing is nice when paired with that Trapper perk that increases chance of skillchecks but decreases chance of success zones.

Is distressing good on Doctor?

Yes. The Doctor’s static blast is based on how big his terror radius is, so I run Distressing and the purple Calm – Carter’s Notes add-on to make it even bigger. This^ Distressing’s purpose is accentuating other perks and powers. It’s gonna pair well with anything that happens based on your terror radius.

65.52 M is I believe the largest T.R possible. It can be reached alternatively using any other 32m T.R killer if you combine Agitation + Monitor & Abuse and Distressing and chase a survivor while carrying another survivor. EDIT: 81.9 M largest T.R using Myers is the highest possible.
