Short answer: Sign Intensity makes your signs stronger. Long Answer: The sign intensity increases the effectiveness of your signs, in many diferent ways depending of the sign. Example: Igni: Increase damage and chance of incineration. Quen: Allows the shield to absorb more damage before breaking.
