Once you’re back in Violet City, you can take the way-house to enter Route 31 as before, then search the grass for Entei. I figure I should be thorough. Once you’re ready to capture the duo, you need to use the right poke ball for the best chance to capture them. Your best bets are either Fast Balls or Quick Balls.
