Yurlok only cares that a player loses Mana. If a player doesn’t spend it, they lose it. Mana short and Drain power causes a player to lose that Mana triggering Yurlok. Shizuko adds that Mana and it will trigger Yurlok of that player doesn’t use that Mana.
Does Yurlok stack?
