How do you lose in Magic The Gathering?

There are 5 ways your opponent can lose according to the comprehensive rules:

He or she has zero life.
He or she tries to draw a card with no cards left in his or her library.
He or she has ten poison counters.
He or she loses and wins at the same time. (HINT: You lose.)
He or she concedes.

Can you super neigh a yay?

Yay: As long as this card is in your stable, cards you play cannot be Neigh’d.

Can you neigh a ginormous unicorn?
