Do 1440p 24 inch monitors exist?

They dont and there arent current plans on them (as far as all manufracturers announced). There are 1080p 144hz IPS 24” coming, but they doesnt have a release date. Also, there is one Dell that have a TN panel with those specs, the S2417DG, dunno how it is, but you can check some reviews.

No, it’s not too small. Honestly I don’t recommend above 24″ if you’re close to the screen. When you go to 27″, you have to turn your head to see everything.
