A player can cut a deal with another player to buy or sell a property for cash or to trade various properties, for example. You can do this on your turn or between the turns of other players. Deals must include the exchange of tangible items such as cash, properties, and Get Out of Jail Free cards.
When can you make a deal in Monopoly?
You can start discussions for a deal at any point in time, but generally it’s only allowed for a player to make deals during their turn or in between players’ turns.
Can you play Monopoly without trading?
Monopoly is great, unless your friends refuse any sort of trading/negotiation not explicitly laid out in the rules.
Can you trade cards in Monopoly Deal?
No. The only way to get cards from the other players is by the play of action cards. Some cards allow you to steal or swap a card or set of cards from another player.

Can a player play a sly deal in monopoly?
Yes, a player can play a Force Deal or Sly Deal and take the Multicolor Property Wild card that is on the table as long as it is not part of a completed set. A player can also take the Multicolor Property Wild card with a Deal Breaker if the Multicolor Property Wild is part of the completed set that is being taken.
