The first season of Disney Channel’s animated series American Dragon: Jake Long was a massive hit. Unfortunately, the animation style was extremely expensive to maintain, so Disney decided to opt for a cheaper version for season 2. Fans were extremely displeased when season 2 started airing and ratings quickly fell.
