If you’re talking about cards you’re playing with in a deck, I would sleeve all of them for protection reasons. I sleeve my decks so that they will not get damaged during play (I use DragonShield) and any rare card I collect I sleeve and place in my binder (I use the Pokemon sleeves you get in the elite trainer boxes.)
