Is the Opticor good?

Opticor, like most weapons, requires the player to understand its mechanics and limitations. If you can accept its limitations, it is an excellent single-target weapon. At a base of two seconds, Opticor pretty much requires fire rate mods. Some people might not like the fact that you can’t hold the charge.

Is Arca Plasmor good for eidolons?

Nope, sorry. It will be frustrating since if a part of the projectile doesn’t hit the synovia, it will nullify all the damage of the shot. Other shotguns have pellets to mitigate this, Plasmor does not since it’s all one ‘pellet’.

It’s certainly not common but I wouldn’t call it rare either. Only 10% of the clans who participated in Pacifism Defect got it. But trading for things in general is harder for the console versions when compared to PC.

How do I get KUVA Nukor?

The Kuva Nukor is obtained by vanquishing a Kuva Lich who generated with one equipped. After the Lich is vanquished it will be in the player’s Foundry ready to claim. While the weapon itself is not tradeable, a converted Kuva Lich generated with the weapon can be traded to another player.
