The two fossil Pokemon of the Unova region are Archen and Tirtouga. The first time you visit the Nacrene City Museum, you will be given a Plume Fossil or a Cover Fossil from Lenora. Choose which ever one you like. Archen is revived from the Plume Fossil, and Tirtouga is revived from the Cover Fossil.
