Yes and no. Yes: There is a script on that weapon that fires the projectile when weapon is swung. there is imbued weapons on the nexus, it makes all the weapons shoot the Bloodskal projectile.
Can you disenchant Bloodskal blade?
No, you cannot disenchant the Bloodskal Blade.
Can you improve Dawnbreaker?
The Dawnbreaker can be upgraded with an ebony ingot and the Arcane Blacksmith perk, however, it does not benefit from any Smithing perks. This means that the weapon cannot be improved past flawless quality without boosting the Smithing skill over 100.
Can Dawnbreaker be legendary?
You need 168 to be able to upgrade the Dawnbreaker to legendary. With those enchantments you have 134. If you raise your skill to 82 and use a Blacksmith’s Philter or better along with those enchantments you should reach 168 smithing. Dawnbreaker doesn’t have a smithing skill associated to it.
