How do you trade properties in Monopoly?

A player can cut a deal with another player to buy or sell a property for cash or to trade various properties, for example. You can do this on your turn or between the turns of other players. Deals must include the exchange of tangible items such as cash, properties, and Get Out of Jail Free cards.

How do you switch mortgage properties in Monopoly?

Before an improved property can be mortgaged, all the Houses and Hotels on all the properties of its color-group must be sold back to the Bank at half price. The mortgage value is printed on each Title Deed card. Once mortgaged, the deed card is turned face-down, until the mortgage is lifted.

Can you pay with properties in Monopoly?
