Get close to Stonehead and quit the game by pressing Alt+F4 when your character is in his hand. Log back in and you will be able to pass through without any issues.

Make sure that you are on the quest, The Ember Court, and have reviewed your guest list and amenities. Once you’ve done so, talk to Temel and he will give you the option to begin the Ember Court scenario. You can only attempt the Ember Court once per week and the scenario is timed.

What’s the point of the Ember Court?
It’s entirely for cosmetic purposes. Completing the Ember Court gives you rep for the Ember Court which allows you to purchase transmogs, a pet, and I think a mount? I never bothered with it when I was Venthyr. There’s a vendor with a bunch of cosmetics that require you to keep gaining rep.

To put things simply, Laurent can be found at coordinates 26, 49 in Revendreth, a location that is situated just to the southwest of Sinfall. Players can use a variety of AddOns to view these coordinates on the in-game map, and those that do should be able to find Laurent very easily.
