How do you play the card game called Cheat?
If any player thinks another player is lying, they can call the player out by shouting "Cheat" (or "Bluff," "I doubt it," etc.), and the cards in question are revealed to all players. If the accused player was indeed lying, they have to take the whole pile of cards into their hand.
What are the rules for playing Rummy?
Dealer gives one card at a time face down, beginning with the player on the left. When two people play, each person gets 10 cards. When three or four people play, each receives seven cards; when five or six play, each receives six cards. The remaining cards are placed face down on the table, forming the stock.
Can you play off other cards in Rummy?

If a player is able to meld all of their cards at once, they may say "rummy" on their turn and go out. If there is a rummy lying in the pile, the player who called "rummy" can play that card while the player who laid the rummy must then draw 2 cards from the stock pile or pick up the entire discarded pile.
