Are treasure maps worth it in eso?

Vvardenfell maps are always worth doing since just like every other chest in that zone they have a chance at dropping the Boyant Armiger set motifs. Maps for the starter zones like Stros Mkai, Bleakrock, Bal Foyen and such are usually worthless since they will only drop Trainee gear that only comes in Training traits.
