It does absolutely nothing good. Unless you count getting greens more often than whites as good. I think what the VH relic does is that there’s a 5% chance of a white drop becoming a green drop and a 5% chance of a green drop to become a blue drop.

Mayhem is like torment lvls in Diablo. But the catch is they also give random buffs and debuffs. Tvhm is just new game plus but the enemies keep scaling to your lvl. Unless you plan on beating the game on ng+ you’re better off just turning on mayhem and farming that way.
