You cannot be a Vampire Lord/Werewolf. You can do one side of DG as a Werewolf. You can start it as a Vampire, but once you get to the point where you must choose sides, you need to have your Vampirism cured to progress on the Dawnguard side of things. Joining the Vampire side will cure Lycanthropy.
