Warlocks aren’t spellcasters, because they have the “Pact Magic” feature rather than the “Spellcasting” feature. So they can’t scribe scrolls.

You can make a spell scroll of any spell, not just a ritual spell. Casting from a scroll does not use spell slots and you don’t need to have the spell prepared. If you make a scroll of a ritual spell you would use the scroll to cast using the normal casting time not the ritual casting time.

Can a warlock copy a spell into the pact?
The FAQ is oddly open ended if only Wizards can break PHB +1 when copying spells. So if the Pact gives Warlocks a spell book, then per the FAQ you could copy any cantrip into it, even outside PHB +1. Any input here? If it’s too much of a grey area then I won’t do it, I don’t want to get conflicting DM rulings at the table.
