You could definitely trade some ambrosia but if you plan on playing for a while then I’d recommend holding onto some amount of them even if you can’t use them right now. Yes. Might be worthwhile holding enough to max one companion summon, but otherwise blood offers gameplay effects ambrosia can’t come close to.
