Is disabling power throttling bad?
Is disabling power throttling bad?
Power throttling is necessary to stop your chip shutting itself off and to give it a reasonable lifespan which constant high temps will reduce. You can undervolt and change the thermal paste but I would not recommend disabling throttling or you’ll eventually end up with a dead CPU.
How do I stop my computer from thermal throttling?
Running at a higher voltage generates more heat even if the clock and memory speed remain the same. Undervolting your graphics card by even a small amount can lower temperatures enough to reduce or even eliminate thermal throttling.

Is more fans better in a PC?
More fans = potential more rgb meaning your wrong. I always do at least 1 more fan blowing in than out for positive pressure. If you were to balance your intake/exhaust for equilibrium or negative pressure rather than remove the intake fans, you’d get even better results due to more airflow AND negative pressure.
Is 5 fans enough for a gaming PC?
1 — 3 120mm fans for the most, up to the mid-range, computers, up to 5 for fast gaming rigs, etc. Rather than using more fans, go for a water cooling system — the amount of airflow might be creating too much noise then).
