LFR as a healer or DPS is very easy. Even if you’re dead weight and die consistently, the rest of the group can carry. The same can’t be said if you’re making mistakes as the tank.
Can you solo LFR WoW?
Can you solo Legion raids in Shadowlands? Yes! Yes, you can now solo Legion raids, and Blizzard has even updated the Legacy Loot system so that Legion raids use it. And yes, even with the Shadowlands class changes and level squish, most of these raids are still fairly easily soloable, with some notable exceptions.

Legion is somewhat doable depending on class/gear/raid but you’re not gonna go in and one shot everything and some fights are just straight up impossible. BFA is not remotely soloable.

No, the scaling changes made it difficult or impossible. Can’t even solo BFA dungeons anymore. You should be able to do it easily at 60 once we’re there in 2 weeks.
Can a mage solo mythic Nighthold?
Yes, except for Antorus. There is a fight in that raid even on normal where you need about three people. But Nighthold and the Xavius one and the Tomb of Sargeras should all be soloable. Remember though, it’s still all personal loot so you won’t be getting a full set in one go.
