Do realms matter in WoW?

Realm only matters if your realm is unique. Since PvP distinctions were removed, almost no servers are unique, save for a few. Moon Guard is one.

There is a Steam-Powered Auctioneer in Boralus by the Engineering trainer. Probably the same in Dazor’Alor. Just have to be an Engineer to use it. I just mail everything to my Engineer and she auctions it off.
