Yes, so long as you are a worshiper of the Nordic pantheon and die like a true Nord (i.e. die in battle or live a life of glory), you should be allowed entry into Sovngarde.

Is alduin a Aedra?
Alduin is only Aedra to the Dov; he’s certainly no Divine. The Divines are the Aedra you’re referring to who aren’t able to act freely anymore because they gave themselves to creation. Alduin is the warden of the kalpic cycle, the one who basically ensures the OS gets a clean install every couple eons.
Are the Nine Divines dead?
They’re only mostly dead. They can’t really directly manifest their power on Nirn, but they can act through avatars. We see three in Morrowind; 2 in the Imperial Cult quests and the third near the end of the main quest; the final is at the end of Oblivion.

The Aedra are gods just as much as Zeus or Odin are gods. No they aren’t ‘gods’ technically, they’re just different people to mortals. They’re worshipped and created the mortal plane so in that sense you could call them gods.

The Daedra are more powerful, as Shazam_1 stated, in that they have greater ability to act because the Aedra gave up some of their power to create Mundus. However, there are exceptions. Akatosh and Talos are probably more powerful than any Daedric Prince.
