Very simple! You need to click the appropriate link in the description of the item. After the payment you will receive an activation key (it can be found in the Purchase History of your account in the Gaijin store), which you will be able to gift to your friend.

Can you trade with friends in Crossout?

You can’t sell to a friend and skip all of the other better bids by choosing a specific price that you both input. No matter how high or how low your bid the system will always get the highest/lowest one not exact one.

Why can’t I receive gifts on steam?

If you have changed your Steam store region, and now your Steam region is still in other country, then you may can’t recive the gift come from others. What you need to do is changing your region in account details, then log out and log back in.
