Can you get Sturm catalyst in beyond light?

Once you have Sturm, you can get it’s catalyst as a random drop on Nessus. You can see me getting it here, from one of the enemies that appeared during an Heroic Public Event.

Decrypt Legendary Engrams, a Exotic Engram and use the Drang to defeat Fallen enemies.
Use the Drang to defeat powerful Fallen enemies, as well as regular Fallen enemies without reloading.

Is Sturm a good gun?

On its own, Sturm is a bit of a letdown. It fires high-damage, high-impact rounds at good range, but its slow fire rate means you need to hang back to use it effectively. Sturm’s a decent weapon, but its major perks come from the weapon you pair it with, Drang.

Sturm is the best gun in the game next to NTTE imo. The legendaries have higher aim assist. And you might like the aesthetic/sights better.

As of now, Eriana’s Vow works pretty well in PVE because of its high damage, and you can often quickly finish off yellow bar enemies before they give you any problems.
