Are artifact Transmogs account wide?

They’re account bound in the sense that once you unlock it, the appearance will be available on alts of the same class.

Which Transmogs are account wide?

The reputation requirement for transmogrification of armor, weapons and tabards has been removed and are now account wide. You need the reputation still to unlock the apperance, however no longer need the reputation to use the appearance. This means, you can use them on alts!

Yep. Keep in mind the general limitations of Transmog and it should be fine. Your plate wearer cannot learn Cloth/Mail/Leather even tho they can “wear it”.

an enchanter cannot disenchant someone else’s “soulbound” gear, an enchanter must physically possess whatever item is to be disenchanted so it cannot be done to any gear via the “will not be traded” box in the trade window.

BfA is alt-unfriendly enough without this soulbound stuff. At least in ESO not only is your bank universally accessible with every character on your account, but you can transfer gear, so if a particular character is missing something, you can share it from an alt until they find their own. This is good design.

Players will now be able to trade soulbound items with other raid or group members that were eligible for the loot. The solo players would be at a statistical disadvantage since all of the members of the group of 3 could need the item and simply trade it to their member after winning.

The only way to dispose of one is to either sell it to vendor, hand it over as a quest objective, destroy it, use it as a spell/trade skill reagent, or disenchant it if you’re an enchanter. The item can also become Account bound.

Can you unbind items in wow?

There is currently no way to unbind an item without exploiting the assistance of a GM.
