The wording of the Extra Attack feature for Fighters is as follows: “Beginning at 5th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn. The number of attacks increases to three when you reach 11th level in this class and to four when you reach 20th level in this class.”
Can you shove and attack with extra attack?
No. The Attack action counts as the Attack action. But a feature that triggers when you take the Attack action (like Extra Attack) is not invalidated by grappling or shoving. So if you’re a level 5 Fighter (with Extra Attack) and you want to grapple someone and then punch them in the face, you can totally do it.

Are attacks with nets always made with disadvantage? In the weapons table the net has a listed range of 5/15. This means that any attack made against a target more than 5 feet away has disadvantage. But the net is also a ranged weapon so any attack made within 5 feet of an enemy has disadvantage.
Why do you need a net to use sharpshooter?
But in reality, this feat is perfect for the net wielder, as it negates the disadvantage from close range, and it lets you score an additional attack on someone when you attack, which you miss out on with your net attack as you can’t use extra attacks after attacking with it. The second is Sharpshooter.

The key here is that “taking the Attack action” is different to “making an attack”. Making an attack, as per Chapter 9, means choosing a target, making an attack roll, and if you hit, making a damage roll and dealing damage.
How does extra attack while dual wielding work?
The Extra Attack feature places no restrictions on which hands or weapons you use. If you want to use a different weapon or a different hand for each attack, you can. The Two-Weapon Fighting rule doesn’t care which hand you used to attack with a light weapon, as long as you make the bonus attack with the other hand.
