Fly to the Thunder Totem, Highmountain.
From Thunder Totem’s second floor take the south-east road.
Go along the road and you’ll see the Neltharion’s Lair dungeon entrance.
When you cross the bridge turn right.
Follow the ropes, until the path splits.

From the Flight Master Windtamer Nalt go to the east but don’t cross the first bridge, instead go to the right and then cross the smaller bridge.
Follow the path up the mountain, the ropes show you the way.
