What piercing helps with anxiety?
A daith piercing is located in the innermost fold of your ear. Some people believe that this piercing can help ease anxiety-related migraines and other symptoms.
What hurts more Daith or rook?

Is Rook the most painful piercing?
However, when it comes to all types of body piercings, rook piercings are pretty low on the pain scale. Does rook or conch hurt more?
I got my rook and a double conch piercing done two days ago and it’s really painful at the moment just constant minor 2/10 pain (But that’s likely since it’s a double on the one ear) the rook was the most painful to get done but pain free now. But healing the rook has been so much better than healing the conch.
