Is far harbor and Nuka world worth it?

tl;dr – Far Harbour for much better story, Nuka World if you just want to explore/kill stuff and find sweet loot. Far Harbor is worth it. It has less depth than NV, but it’s well beyond anything F4 itself attempted. And it has incredibly strong sense of atmosphere.
