Re-generate?
If you want full regeneration (E.x the chunk will be created again).
Make sure Minecraft is closed.
First, load your world (Quick Load) then select the Chunk Control icon at the bottom hotbar of MCEdit.
Now, fly around the world in MCEdit and click and select all the chunks you want to be regenerated.
