On January 30, 2017, it was announced that the game would be discontinued on March 29, 2017. Club Penguin later shut down its servers on March 30, 2017, at 12:01 AM PDT. The game was replaced by a successor, titled Club Penguin Island (which itself was discontinued the following year).
How do you move a Puffle from the backyard to the igloo?
To move a puffle from the backyard to the igloo, select a puffle from the backyard and click on the “Move to Igloo” button. The puffle will be moved to the igloo. Please note that you can only have a maximum of 10 puffles in your igloo at any time.
How do you walk a Puffle in the backyard?
Select the puffle and click on the comb button below the quick stats pop-up to care for your puffle. ( more info) To walk your puffle, select the “Walk” button below the quick stats pop-up to walk your puffle. You can walk any puffle you want, including puffles in the backyard.

Not Caring: If you didn’t care for your puffle, it would run away. When it ran away, it sent you a postcard to notify you. If you made all the bars full, then your puffle would perform a special action. When a player clicked a puffle in their own igloo, a little menu appeared. You could see the tabs of your puffle and choose from 3 tabs.

Go to your igloo. Click on any puffle. If you are lucky, for a split second your puffle will turn grey! Note that this glitch is rare and may not work. Click on the Puffle Tricks icon. Click on the dig command. Move to another place, then click on the small icons. Your puffle will have a twin brother!
