Is Metro Redux like fallout?

The Metro games are nothing like the Fallout games. It hard to say what the Metro games they are like, because they have a unique story and setting/atmosphere. The STALKER games especially STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl which is made by the most of the people who made the Metro games is in a way like the Fallout games.

I’d go with Fallout 4. Metro obviously had story, graphics, and general gameplay going for it, but Fallout 4 has the exploration, looting, replayability, customization, and fantastic modding capabilities.
