Be warned they are an ugly, unfun horrible grind, but I did about 300 of them within 3 days and it netted me a lot of Reputation. For every 100 Seafarer Dubloons you get 250 Rep. It took me about a week to go from half revered to exalted, just doing WQs and the Pride of Kul Tiras/Nation United questline.

Do the war campaign it gives you a lot of rep, emissaries, the odd world quest and some IE’s and you will be done. Invasions help a lot as well, 1000 rep if they are on Zuldazar and 500 if on Kul Tiras and they take like 10 minutes.
