It is the easiest one with the easiest bosses in all the souls games imo. Magic is also very overpowered in Demon’s Souls compared to the other games which helps a lot. Demon’s Souls is great to start out with.

You can grind, get stronger, make builds that are easier to run the game than others, etc. You’ll probably fall in love with it if you stick to it and then you can try subsequent games that are objectively even better.
