Use 3 twilight cultist sets to summon 12 Templars from the Lesser Windstones.
If you are Friendly with Cenarion Circle, you will be able to trade in 3 abyssal crests + 1 large brilliant shard for a ‘Twilight Medallion of Station’.

Can you solo silithus Templars?

Templar’s can be soloed in good gear, or duoed with junky gear easily. They drop an Abssyal Crest used for a turn in at Cenarion Hold for a sack with a Green Item and Food or Pots in it or to summon Dukes. Each templar occasionally drops a blue item specific to it too.
