Yes it’s possible. It just takes a little more effort I think if both sims are married. I’ve noticed that if you don’t ask the sims if they’re single, they respond better to flirting. Put the married sim as flirty (if this is about Sims 4) and they’ll quickly accept all forms of flirt interactions.
