Theres no limit to how often you can go into the vision. Whats limited is how many times you can get the quests to upgrade the cloak per week. First week I was able to get 5 total and have 6500 out of 10000 for a second.

- Unlock Faceless Mask of the Long Night by full clearing a Horrific Vision.
- On your next Horrific Vision run, activate Faceless Mask of the Long Night and clear the Valley of Wisdom (Orgrimmar) or Mage Quarter (Stormwind).
What drops from horrific visions?
In addition to normal Azerite Essence drops, alts who have enabled Echoes of Ny’alotha can obtain them from Horrific Visions from the chests at the end of the run. You can get up to 150 Echoes of Ny’alotha per full clear run (all zones cleared).
