Get neither. The RTX 2080 Super is better than the 2080 and the 2070 Super with (in my opinion) better value. This also depends on the resolution you are playing at and what games you are playing. If you are playing Minecraft with 100 shaders running at 1080p, then the RTX 2070 Super will be sufficient.
