Horn Maestro is a Skill in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR). Horn Maestro increases overall performance speed and shockwave damage. Skills are granted to Hunters by their equipped Weapons, Armor, Talismans and Decorations and play an integral role in a Hunter’s progression.

Master rank quests tend to grant ancient feystones and carved feystones, and some of them turn into small decorations. You can also receive old high rank decorations from these master rank quests. The Guiding Lands can also give decorations, but it’s not as efficient as doing Tempered Investigations.
How do you farm worn Feystones?
Best way to farm them is by hunting tempered elder dragons. Depending on the investigation bonus rewards (whether you get 3 or 4 purple) you’ll often get at least 2 worn feystones, which can give any decoration (so up to the best 3 slot ones). I usually get 3 worn and then either 1 other or weapon augment material.
